Tailored Spaces is a professional home staging company serving Tampa Bay, founded by top Realtor® Whitney Lohr. With over 15 years of experience in selling homes, Whitney knows exactly what makes buyers stop scrolling—and start picturing themselves at home.
We specialize in vacant home staging for listings priced at $400,000 and up, working with sellers, investors, and builders across New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, Carrollwood, South Tampa, and surrounding areas. Since launching Tailored Spaces, Whitney and her team have staged over 25 homes, many of which sold within days after staging and new photos.
